Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PixelStats. By using the site, and by creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

PixelStats is a free website that looks up and displays Hypixel and SkyBlock statistics, along with related tools, calculators and guides. It is provided as it is, and we may add, change or remove features at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and do not impersonate others or create accounts to abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time.

Claiming a Minecraft account

Claiming verifies that you control a Minecraft account by matching the Discord you have linked in-game on Hypixel. Only claim accounts that are yours. We may revoke a claim or suspend an account if we believe the verification was abused or the claim is not genuine.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or break the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape the site or automate requests in a way that burdens the service.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm other players.

The Discord bot

PixelStats provides a Discord bot. Anyone can add it to their own server, and its public commands (/stats, /recap, /networth, /flips, /calc, /guild and /compare) look up and display Hypixel data. By adding the bot to a server, or by using its commands, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you add the bot to a server you run, you are responsible for how it is used there and for following Discord’s own terms and community guidelines. When a command runs, we receive only the Discord user ID, the server and channel ID, and what was typed into the command, and we handle that as set out in the Privacy Policy. The bot’s ticket, moderation and role tools are not offered to other servers and run only inside the official PixelStats Discord server, under that server’s own rules. The bot is provided as it is and may be changed, limited or removed at any time. Do not use it to harass others, evade Discord’s rules, or disrupt the service.

Public game data

Statistics shown on PixelStats come from the public Hypixel and Mojang APIs and are cached briefly. The data may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, including when players hide parts of their profile, and is provided for informational use only. PixelStats is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Hypixel Inc. or Mojang AB. All game content and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Player and guild pages on PixelStatsare public and can now be indexed by search engines, so a page showing a player’s public Hypixel stats may appear in search results. The information on these pages comes from Hypixel and Mojang, not from anything you told us, and players can hide parts of it from their in-game API settings on Hypixel. If a player turns those settings off, the hidden stats stop appearing here once our short cache expires.

Hypixel API compliance

PixelStats reads Hypixel data through the official Hypixel API and follows the Hypixel API policies. PixelStats is free to use, credits Hypixel as the source of the game data, and keeps a free tier. We do not resell, proxy or provide bulk access to the Hypixel API, and our API key is only ever used on our own servers, never exposed to your browser or shared. Game data is fetched on demand when someone looks a player up and cached briefly, never gathered by continuous polling. PixelStats is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Hypixel Inc. or Mojang AB.

Shareable images

The stat-card and recap images you can generate are offered for fair use, such as a forum signature or a Discord post. Please do not present the data as your own official source. We may change or limit this to keep the service healthy.

Intellectual property

The PixelStats name, design and original content are ours. The Minecraft and Hypixel names, game assets and trademarks belong to Mojang AB and Hypixel Inc. respectively, and are used here only to describe and link to their games.

Disclaimer and liability

PixelStats is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the data will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelStats is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its data.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or guarantee you have under laws that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law. Where such a law gives you a guarantee that cannot be excluded, the disclaimers and limits above apply only to the extent the law allows. PixelStats is a free service and we try to keep its data and tools accurate, but we describe them honestly: the stats come from third-party APIs, can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and are provided for general information only, so please do not rely on them as an official or guaranteed source.

Termination

You may stop using PixelStats at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use PixelStats after a change means you accept the updated terms.
