How are slayer drop chances calculated?
Every reward a slayer boss can give sits in a shared pool with a fixed weight. The chance of any single drop is simply its weight divided by the total weight of the pool, which is why rare items appear so seldom while common ones show up almost every run.
To use the calculator, choose your slayer boss, enter your Magic Find, and pick the item you are tracking with the RNG meter. It then lists each drop's chance for one boss kill.
Does Magic Find improve rare drops?
Yes. Magic Find boosts the rarer drops in the pool rather than the common filler, so the higher your Magic Find, the better your odds on the loot that actually matters.

What does the RNG meter do?
The RNG meter lets you commit to one specific drop. As it builds, your selected item's chance rises up to three times its base rate, so setting the meter in the calculator shows the improved odds you can expect while it is active on that item.
